Not So Good Customer Service

This is a perfect example of how you do not want to come across to your customers. You are the manager and you should show interest in their needs and wants. Never lie to a customer and say you have something you don't because then that customers opinion, in this case bad opinion, of your resort will end up hurting you. People will tell other people about their bad experience at YOUR resort. This is publicity you dont want. Negative publicity will kill your company, and one bad experience can change someones entire view on your establishment.

  1. I love this cartoon. It is such a prime example of bad customer service. So many businesses today make mistakes just like this one and lose any chance of retaining customers. They don't realize that in the end, it is the customers that keep their businesses alive. Great job!

  2. This is a great example of is the difference between good and bad customer service. It makes all the difference to a resort or restaurant when a customer decides that they had a good experience their. Most people truly do not understand crucial customer service is in building a strong client base. This cartoon exemplifies this concept very well and it humorous too!
