For example, if you are a resort in the Orlando, Florida area you would have an intrest in having a good solid relationship with businesses such as Disney and Universal Studios. The relationship that you have with these businesses will in turn create business for you as well as business for them. To create a good relationship, communication through verbal and written forms are very important.
